Terms
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Erfolgwerke Private Limited ("Erfolgwerke", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Use of this website
This website shares general information about our company, services and internship programme. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
- upload viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with how the website works;
- copy, scrape or misuse its content in a way that breaks these Terms or the law;
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information.
Internship applications and internships
- Submitting the form is an application only. It does not guarantee an interview, selection or an offer, and Erfolgwerke alone decides who is selected.
- You must give accurate and complete information. We may reject or cancel an application, or end an internship, if the information turns out to be false.
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian who agrees and signs the Internship Agreement with you.
- An internship begins only when you and Erfolgwerke have both signed an Internship Agreement. It is for training and learning. It does not create an employment relationship, carries no employee benefits, and is not a promise of a job or pre-placement offer.
- Internships are fixed-term and last up to six months, unless we both sign a new written agreement. Either of us can end an internship with seven days' written notice, and we can end it immediately if the agreement is seriously breached.
- The first two months are unpaid and focused on learning and training. After that, we may, at our discretion, start paying a stipend based on your performance and the hours you actually work. A stipend is not a salary, and we are not obliged to pay one.
- We issue a completion certificate once you have satisfactorily finished and returned all company materials. We may withhold it, and any unpaid stipend, if the internship ends because of a serious breach.
- If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.
Full-time roles and trial engagements
For some full-time roles, we may invite a shortlisted candidate to a short, paid, fixed-duration trial before any offer is made. A trial happens only under a signed written agreement. It is not employment, the trial fee is not a salary, and it does not guarantee a job offer.
Confidentiality and ownership of work
Interns and trial candidates may get access to our confidential information and to client material. Before that access starts, you will be asked to sign an agreement covering confidentiality, our security and device rules, and limits on putting our information into outside AI tools or public platforms. Work you create for us during the internship or trial is assigned to Erfolgwerke under that agreement. Under the Internship Agreement, personal projects you build on your own time that are unrelated to our business, clients or assigned tasks, and that do not use our confidential information or systems, stay yours.
